Land with about 100 m of front, confronting the regional road that connects Ponta Delgada
ribeira grande, which covers an area of 2,180 m2, not currently contemplating
any construction inside.

Potential:

Under the MIP, the property in question is classified as the category of
urban building, where the construction of housing, commerce, services and
tourist developments.
The building in question is located in an expansion zone of the City of Ponta Delgada,
construction to be carried out, involves the implementation of a joint ly implementing unit
owners of the contiguous land and which make up the plot of land included in the
expansion zone.
In this case, as it has a front facing directly into the street, the execution unit is
